- Team leadership experience

- Proven track record of successful delivery across geographies and business fields
- Training/exposure to complex negotiations and JBP conversations
- Fluent English
- Preferably fluent German
Tasks
- Lead and develop the E-commerce Account Managers team
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Drive the E-commerce strategy for the Pureplay Channel
- Shape the long-term strategic vision for the E-commerce channel
- Expand the e-Marketplaces strategy geographically and operationally
- Enhance performance management capabilities for credible data
- Partner with Global COE and CODE teams on standard methodologies
- Implement global initiatives in the local market
- Collaborate with Media and Marketing teams on brand strategy
- Develop search and innovative media strategies to drive traffic
- Increase sales with key customers through strategic partnerships
