- •Oversee customer well-being during service
- •Ensure accurate data in the PMS
- •Provide reports to various departments
- •Optimize occupancy through communication
- •Answer phone calls quickly and efficiently
- •Follow safety and hygiene rules for customer safety
- •Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards
- •Report maintenance issues to engineering
- •Understand cultural differences and etiquette
