- •Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally with MICE and B2B experience
- •Fluency in German and English; third language is a plus
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Hands-on, results-oriented approach with analytical thinking
- •Customer service excellence and attention to detail
- •Proficiency in Salesforce applications, Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office

- •Manage group sales leads for hotels in the eastern region
- •Lead the Group Cluster team and/or internal sales team
- •Drive revenue growth in the MICE segment
- •Support the Head of Group Sales in executing MICE strategy
- •Achieve budgeted targets for rooms, banqueting, and F&B revenues
- •Oversee quotations for group leads of 10 or more rooms
- •Supervise tools for accurate group data and contracting
- •Lead and support Group Sales Coordinators and Executives
- •Ensure smooth handover of confirmed groups to hotel operations
- •Prepare weekly projections and reports on group demand
- •Analyze conversion rates and define improvement actions
- •Promote and attend site inspections to boost conversion rates
- •Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service
- •Ensure negotiations and contracts comply with MHI policies
- •Collaborate on pricing and sales conditions with leadership
- •Represent the Head of Group Sales in their absence
