Tasks
- Lead high-impact growth initiatives
- Steer initiative clusters for NCG, ECG, and Pricing
- Translate business challenges into structured project plans
- Co-lead cross-BE pilots to validate and scale approaches
- Run funnel diagnostics and win-rate analyses
- Support BE commercial routines like pipeline reviews
- Develop executive-ready business cases and updates
- Serve as Product Manager for NCG/ECG digital solutions
- Partner with Digital & AI squads to create actionable backlog items
- Drive seller adoption of platforms like C4C and DICE
- Champion CRM data quality and analytics insights
- Identify and lead cross-BE growth topics
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and codify playbooks
- Harmonize metrics for scalable performance
- Coach sellers and front-line managers on commercial skills
- Contribute to Sales Academy content
- Engage and influence BE commercial leaders
- Align initiatives with leadership priorities
- Prepare executive-ready materials for CCO updates
- Support execution of the EVOLVE bankable plan
- Backfill initiatives to maintain momentum
