Tasks

  • Translate business challenges into structured project plans
  • Co-lead cross-BE pilots to validate and scale approaches
  • Run funnel diagnostics and win-rate analyses
  • Support BE commercial routines like pipeline reviews
  • Develop executive-ready business cases and updates
  • Serve as Product Manager for NCG/ECG digital solutions
  • Partner with Digital & AI squads to create actionable backlog items
  • Drive seller adoption of platforms like C4C and DICE
  • Champion CRM data quality and analytics insights
  • Identify and lead cross-BE growth topics
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing and codify playbooks
  • Harmonize metrics for scalable performance
  • Coach sellers and front-line managers on commercial skills
  • Contribute to Sales Academy content
  • Engage and influence BE commercial leaders
  • Align initiatives with leadership priorities
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for CCO updates
  • Support execution of the EVOLVE bankable plan
  • Backfill initiatives to maintain momentum
