In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by optimizing key channels, experimenting with new initiatives, and managing customer relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking charge of the sales cycle and contributing to the founding growth team.

Requirements

• •Experience in building or scaling companies in a startup environment or own projects
• •Strong customer empathy and business sense
• •Experience in leading initiatives end-to-end
• •Hands-on approach and willingness to do unglamorous work

• •Strong communication skills in English and German

Tasks

• •Contribute to building Telli's go-to-market engine
• •Take ownership of key growth channels and optimize them
• •Discover and experiment with new growth initiatives and markets
• •Build and manage relationships with customers
• •Drive the complete sales cycle from generating to closing customers
• •Participate in establishing the founding growth team
• •Develop processes with an AI automation-first approach
