- Practical experience implementing HRIS systems
- Practical experience optimising HRIS systems
- Experience with Personio (ideally)
- Strong IT affinity
- Track record in HR process digitalisation
- Track record in HR process automation
- Track record in HR process harmonisation
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
- Thriving in fast-paced environments
- Resilience under pressure
- Confidence in decision-making
- Experience in change management
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Fluency in German (written and verbal)
- Dutch or Danish language skills (a plus)
- Residency in Germany, Switzerland, or Netherlands
- Valid work eligibility in Germany, Switzerland, or Netherlands
- Availability of 32–40 hours per week
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- Train stakeholders on HRIS.
- Plan HRIS go-live.
- Optimize HRIS for adoption and standardization.
- Oversee global payroll operations.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Implement payroll best practices and systems.
- Ensure People Operations compliance with regulations.
- Lead and coordinate People Operations audits.
- Escalate audit issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Build and manage German Works Council relationship.
- Ensure timely Works Council consultation and collaboration.
- Support German Works Council processes.
- Collaborate with CPO, Practice Leads, and Corporate Functions.
- Ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration and communication.
- Manage a small People Operations team.
- Foster team growth and development.
- Coach and empower team members.
