- Collaborate with distributed, cross-regional teams
- Salesforce Business Analyst required
- Field Service/Service Cloud certifications preferred
- Understanding of service data models, automation, integrations, reporting
- Experience with agile delivery models
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions
- Experience with AI-driven capabilities in CRM
- Interest in leveraging AI-driven capabilities

- Identify and implement automation and efficiency gains
- Support Agentforce integration into Field Service use cases
- Implement prioritized demands with global governance
- Refine and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Adapt global processes to market-specific requirements
- Contribute to workshops and alignment sessions
- Evaluate and prioritize demands with AI and automation
- Operate in a globally distributed Salesforce team
- Support local CRM specialists with deep platform knowledge
- Ensure alignment with IT, Commercial Excellence, and Digital
- Enhance service efficiency and technician productivity
- Maintain data quality and integrity in Technical Service
- Enable advanced reporting and analytics for service performance
- Develop training materials and enablement concepts
- Provide expert support for complex topics
- Lead cross-regional initiatives for customer experience
