- Several years experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS, ideally with global customers
- Strong strategic, consultative, solution-based selling capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multinational, cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex technology and business models into customer value propositions
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, executive communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to drive data-informed decisions

- Own global relationships for strategic accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
- Ensure sustained value across global initiatives.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build long-term executive partnerships.
- Position HRS as a strategic partner.
- Embed HRS technology into global programs.
- Enable cost optimization, compliance, and traveler satisfaction.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth for HRS.
- Define and manage global customer strategies.
- Align HRS initiatives with client objectives and industry trends.
- Monitor account health, program performance, and value realization.
- Proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities.
- Develop compelling ROI cases and value narratives.
- Position new HRS solutions strategically.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers.
- Lead and coordinate complex matrix organizations.
- Drive successful global rollouts and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment, timelines, and program outcomes.
