Global Partnership Executive (German & English Speaking)(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- C2 level or native fluency in German and English
- Interest in employee benefits, digital marketplaces, or technology-enabled services
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience building stakeholder relationships
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Demonstrable Excel knowledge
- Commercial awareness and contract understanding
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms
- Project management skills
- Data analysis for partner performance and trends
- Experience in partner/supplier/account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Tasks
- Discover and onboard new benefit partners
- Build strong commercial relationships with partners
- Develop partnerships in the DACH region
- Shape regional partnership strategy
- Create and negotiate partnership agreements
- Ensure solutions are commercially sound and deliverable
- Build scalable partner solutions
- Capture repeatable models for different regions
- Support go-to-market activities
- Ensure successful partner launches and benefit propositions
- Represent Benifex’s Marketplace in Germany and Europe
- Manage relationships with local benefit providers
- Collaborate with UK Marketplace and Legal teams
- Negotiate and structure scalable partnership models
- Translate market insights into partnership propositions
- Monitor partner performance and market feedback
- Drive continuous improvement and commercial impact
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Contribute to process improvements
- Share market insights to inform global strategy
- Lead relationships with key providers
- Act as primary contact for partners
- Hold partners accountable for timely and accurate information
- Keep senior stakeholders informed on partner issues
- Strengthen provider relationships and benefit propositions
- Articulate local benefits knowledge
- Create and negotiate Marketplace Agreements
- Maintain adherence to Marketplace provider framework
- Conduct regular compliance, financial, and security reviews
- Support internal stakeholders with partnership queries
- Create and present partner MI packs and presentations
