Requirements
- Previous account management experience in channel sales or value-added reseller programs
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable delivering presentations online and in person
- Good understanding of SaaS sales process
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of fintech industry
- Financial accounting skills
- ERP knowledge
- Regular collaboration with Payhawk teams
- At least 4 years of experience in channel management or sales-related role
- Experience in SaaS company selling to mid-market and large companies
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ecosystem
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Experience with Sage ecosystem
- Experience with SAP ecosystem
- Proven track record of achieving company targets
- Energetic and highly-motivated individual
- Strong desire to work in dynamic tech start-up environment
- Handle ambiguity with solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to execute at high level and day-to-day operations

Tasks
- Maintain relationships with existing partner accounts
- Identify and incubate new partnership opportunities
- Prospect, acquire, and recruit partners
- Develop regional partner GTM strategy
- Train partner business development teams
- Negotiate contracts
- Track and assign leads within sales organization
- Develop champions within partner companies
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns
- Report on partner performance
- Represent company at industry conferences and events
