Requirements
- Proven experience delivering product improvements in CRM, internal tooling, or commercial operations environments, with Salesforce at the core.
- Strong technical fluency with Engineering teams on solution design and trade-offs, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of business processes across partnership management, sales operations, and lead management.
- Ability to translate complex, cross-functional workflows into clear, actionable product definitions.
- Ability to bring stakeholders along.
- Comfort balancing short-term execution with longer-term platform thinking.
- Adaptability in an environment still being shaped.

Tasks
- Build operational and technical foundations for scaling partnerships
- Own product roadmap for Salesforce workflows and partner management
- Develop partner self-service capabilities for multiple channels
- Identify and prioritize operational pain points in partnership teams
- Translate pain points into clear, actionable solutions with Engineering
- Shape strategy for global scalability of the Partner Portal
- Enhance data foundations and reporting quality for key KPIs
- Align priorities across product, revenue operations, analytics, and channel stakeholders
- Balance quick wins with long-term platform vision
