- Translate business objectives into data-driven incentive structures
- Develop measurable performance KPIs with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Create data products for self-serve attribution and commission insights
- Lead discovery and delivery of advanced attribution logic
- Implement multi-touch and dynamic reassignment models
- Analyze future commercial impact
