- University degree in business-related subject

- Willingness to travel extensively nationally and internationally
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages
Tasks
- Promote Ecolab’s culture and values
- Sell Ecolab's industry-leading programs and technology
- Meet and exceed annual sales objectives
- Support the Retain, Grow, Gain portfolio strategy
- Lead customer negotiations and contract reviews
- Coordinate product applications and on-site trials
- Build and leverage effective business relationships
- Develop customer-specific strategies for global clients
- Create strong peer networks across various departments
- Meet business planning and reporting requirements
- Maintain a viable sales pipeline at various stages
- Provide quarterly and annual sales plan updates
- Report on account penetration and new business progress
- Stay informed about industry changes and trends
- Communicate market information to management regularly
- Share best practices for sales skills with team members
- Manage travel expenses within budget
- Act as Ecolab brand ambassador for cleaning and safety
