Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Data/Business Analytics, or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Gaming/Product Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Analytics Engineer roles
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Python or R
  • Understanding of product life cycle and end-to-end pipelines for Analytics
  • Familiarity with external data sources from Marketing ads, CRM, or CS tools
  • Understanding of internal product tracking using tools like Avo, Segment, GA, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
  • Knowledge of analytics engineering principles for data modelling in BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Clickhouse, Databricks, or dbt
  • Experience with visualisations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and translate it into manageable projects
  • People-oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in gaming/product company doing Analytics at scale
  • Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps principles for model deployment in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Completion of a test expected from qualified applicants

  • Communicate findings through visualizations and storytelling
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics
  • Design and execute experiments based on player insights
  • Improve BI ecosystem and data pipelines
  • Own the full analytics cycle from questions to insights
  • Identify trends and anomalies through monitoring
  • Support data democratization across teams
  • Focus on delivering business value through analytics
