Requirements

• •5+ years data analytics experience
• •Experience in marketing and growth analytics
• •Ownership of growth and marketing metrics
• •Proactive identification of growth opportunities
• •Executive-level storytelling and communication skills
• •Advanced hands-on SQL skills
• •Practical Python experience for analysis
• •Understanding of attribution and funnel analysis
• •Experience with product analytics tools
• •Ability to connect commercial and behavioral data
• •Residency in the EU

Tasks

• •Drive growth metrics like conversion and retention
• •Provide opinionated recommendations to influence commercial decisions
• •Proactively identify business opportunities and risks
• •Propose concrete product and funnel changes
• •Measure impact through build and launch phases
• •Build and maintain core leadership dashboards
• •Design interpretable metrics and data visualizations
• •Define required data events with tech teams
• •Manage attribution models and data collection platforms
• •Own end-to-end data quality and technical testing
• •Validate numbers for plausibility and consistency
• •Interface between leadership, product, and external partners
• •Direct external data consultants while maintaining ownership
