- Understanding of digital marketing and attribution
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency with Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Python for statistical analysis (strong plus)
- Strong data modeling fundamentals
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing A/B tests
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipelines
- Experience with CDPs (strong plus)
Tasks
- Conduct deep-dives into customer loyalty drivers
- Translate retention findings into strategic recommendations
- Inform loyalty and CRM initiatives with data
- Own analytics integration for new marketing initiatives
- Integrate B2B partnerships into performance measurement
- Build data foundations for marketing and commercial teams
- Contribute to the Customer Data Platform
- Improve CRM data quality standards
- Design A/B tests for pricing and marketing
- Translate experimental results into commercial recommendations
- Deliver pricing insights to influence commercial decisions
- Analyze booking patterns for mark-up adjustments
- Shape the travel product analytics practice
- Establish metrics and data quality standards
- Build foundations for supplier negotiations and margins
- Build and maintain central marketing dashboards
- Ensure stakeholder access to reliable KPI insights
