Requirements

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution methodologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Analyst or Performance/Growth Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field
- Advanced expertise in SQL
- Deep understanding of mobile ad tech stack
- Expert-level experience with digital marketing platforms and web/app analytics tools
- Proven mastery of a data visualization tool
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation methodology
- Ability to translate complex marketing data into business insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in gaming/product company doing Analytics at scale
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Hands-on experience with production data science and MLOps principles
- Experience analyzing Ad Revenue performance and optimizations
- Hands-on experience with Python/R for predictive modeling
- Familiarity with web-to-app flows or third-party payment store analysis
- Experience working with Marketing Mix Modeling for iOS measurement
Tasks
- Analyze user acquisition performance across key mobile channels
- Develop and maintain predictive LTV models for hybrid monetization
- Own the strategy for SKAdNetwork conversion value schemas
- Partner with the Creative team to analyze asset performance metrics
- Design and oversee A/B tests for store pages and creative concepts
- Develop intuitive, self-service dashboards to track UA health
- Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality
- Validate data ingestion pipelines and attribution windows
- Provide data-backed recommendations to influence budget allocation
- Mentor junior marketing analysts on data analysis best practices
