Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer(m/w/x)
Building analysis-ready data models and AI-assisted tools for marketing at a health tech scale-up. Expert SQL and modern ELT/ETL tools (BigQuery, dbt) required. High autonomy, end-to-end decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or comparable technical analytics role
- Autonomous work and ownership in fast-moving team
- Expert SQL with data warehousing, modeling, query optimization
- BigQuery, modern ELT/ETL tools (Fivetran), transformation framework (Dataform or dbt)
- Clear, concise communication of analytical findings for data-driven decisions
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, scripting, automation
- Modern BI tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma) for user-facing dashboards
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts (attribution, funnel metrics, channel performance, CAC/LTV)
- Experience with Postgres, GA4, GTM, Hubspot, or similar CDPs/tracking systems
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted development tooling (Codex, Claude)
- Exposure to growth marketing or demand-generation analytics
- Background in building data function from the ground up
Tasks
- Design and develop data pipelines from source systems to warehouse
- Transform data into reliable, analysis-ready models
- Create and maintain dashboards and automated workflows for marketing
- Build and maintain data models for marketing performance and attribution
- Develop AI-assisted analytics tools to reduce manual reporting
- Operationalize forecasting models for marketing spend and performance
- Partner with CMO to translate business questions into data solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing data assets
- Evaluate and integrate new data sources and technologies
