Senior Analytics Engineer - Growth(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Required
- 5–7 years analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role experience
- Ideally in high-growth or performance-marketing environment
- Deep hands-on expertise with SQL
- Deep hands-on expertise with BigQuery
- Deep hands-on expertise with dbt or SQL Mesh
- Strong command of web analytics and tracking infrastructure
- Strong command of GTM, GA4, or equivalent
- Solid experience with marketing tech platforms
- Solid experience with ad platforms
- Solid experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
- Solid experience with data ingestion tools (Airbyte or similar)
- Expert-level understanding of growth marketing unit economics
- Expert-level understanding of marketing attribution models
- Proven ability to define, build, and communicate metrics
- Ability to communicate metrics to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional data projects
- Fluency in English
- German is a strong plus
- Experience with Looker or equivalent BI tools
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Python skills for pipeline automation
- Python skills for data quality checks
- Background in performance marketing
- Background working embedded within a growth/marketing team
- Terraform understanding
- Understanding of Google Cloud platform
- Understanding of building scalable data pipelines
Tasks

- Define and drive the marketing data stack vision
- Educate stakeholders on marketing data usage
- Ensure stability of marketing data pipelines
