- Identify core attributes that drive success in implementation roles
- Master modern sourcing and ATS tools like Ashby and Juicebox
- Develop creative sourcing techniques for P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, and technical consulting backgrounds
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences
