Description

You will drive the company's regional hiring strategy by blending executive search expertise with hands-on recruitment to build a diverse talent pool and mentor the growing recruiting team.

Requirements

• •8–10+ years experienced hire recruiting experience
• •Ability to navigate complex stakeholders
• •Experience managing complex recruitment situations
• •Familiarity with DACH talent landscapes
• •Direct sourcing experience and track record
• •Adaptability in international fast-paced environments
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
• •Strong MS Office skills
• •Knowledge of German labor laws

Tasks

• •Execute the regional recruiting strategy for Central Europe and Switzerland
• •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• •Utilize advanced executive search techniques for senior-level hiring
• •Maintain a professional network for sourcing and market intelligence
• •Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive positioning
• •Ensure compliance with German labor laws and recruiting best practices
• •Partner with regional heads to align recruitment with business goals
• •Act as the primary contact for local leadership and practice leads
• •Deploy innovative sourcing strategies and direct outreach methods
• •Leverage diverse sourcing channels to enhance candidate pipelines
• •Mentor and coach junior members of the recruiting team
• •Analyze recruitment results to implement executive search best practices
• •Lead special projects for European human capital initiatives
• •Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for all new hires
