Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
- Passion and understanding of WeWork’s mission and values
- Secondary school certificate (preferred)
Tasks
- Greet members and guests with a warm demeanor
- Manage front desk operations during business hours
- Register and check in guests following company policies
- Provide space orientations to first-time visitors
- Issue and collect member and guest keys
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Notify members of food and package deliveries
- Build relationships by learning member names and businesses
- Record member notes and information in internal systems
- Recommend local services and amenities to members
- Explain company policies and procedures clearly
- Promote relevant products and service offerings
- Process and organize incoming mail and packages
- Monitor and adjust common areas for cleanliness
- Restock building amenities and supplies throughout the day
- Respond to and record emergencies or incidents
- Support the community management team with daily tasks
