Tasks

  • Support the Community Management team.
  • Build a welcoming community environment.
  • Foster collaboration among members.
  • Organize member events.
  • Build relationships with members.
  • Ensure efficient building operations.
  • Promote WeWork service offerings.
  • Cover the front desk during business hours.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact.
  • Greet members and guests warmly.
  • Ensure guests sign in via Welkio tablet.
  • Verify guest policy compliance.
  • Learn names of members and guests.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs.
  • Personalize member experiences.
  • Keep building-specific forms updated.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
  • Notify members of deliveries and couriers.
  • Answer member and guest questions.
  • Provide information on building policies.
  • Assist with way-finding.
  • Provide feedback on event programming.
  • Evaluate events based on attendance and satisfaction.
  • Celebrate member successes and milestones.
  • Distribute event promotional information.
  • Create and post weekly event posters.
  • Create and post individual event posters.
  • Ensure event operational requirements are met.
  • Input member notes into Kube system.
  • Connect members with each other.
  • Recommend local services and venues.
  • Engage members on the WeWork network.
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures.
  • Communicate building updates to members.
  • Manage music levels and activations.
  • Write and send building update broadcasts.
  • Receive and process mail.
  • Sort and organize mail.
  • Locate and issue member mail.
  • Maintain an organized and clean mailroom.
  • Return unidentified or unclaimed mail.
  • Verify courier parcel details for pick-ups.
  • Investigate and resolve lost packages.
  • Explain mailroom policies and procedures.
  • Track and audit keys.
  • Organize collected and distributed keys.
  • Manage keycard inventory.
  • Request new keycard stock.
  • Collect keys and keycards upon move-out.
  • Review emergency equipment location and use.
  • Support automated coffee machine for users.
