As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative AI solutions, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and architect tailored systems. This role combines hands-on coding, strategic problem-solving, and mentoring, ensuring impactful outcomes in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• •5+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role
• •Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
• •Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages
• •Extensive hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies
• •Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics
• •Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform
• •Demonstrated entrepreneurship and a focus on impactful delivery
• •Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• •Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members
• •Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
• •Fluency with German language skills
• •Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform
• •Experience developing conversational AI solutions in regulated industries
• •Expert-level experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages
• •Prior experience in a customer-facing technical lead or architect role
• •Advanced Salesforce platform certifications
• •Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM
• •Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components
• •Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or libraries

Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions
• •Write critical code and configure systems
• •Troubleshoot issues and guide junior team members
• •Design and develop high-quality, scalable production systems
• •Architect and deploy complex AI and LLM-based intelligent agents
• •Build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform
• •Own the entire data lifecycle and design data models
• •Build efficient processing pipelines and establish integration strategies
• •Identify and resolve complex technical challenges
• •Push the capabilities of the Agentforce platform
• •Develop bespoke intelligent agents and automate business processes
• •Translate client operational challenges into technical requirements
• •Conduct detailed analysis and root cause identification
• •Develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products
• •Implement engineering best practices for code quality and security
