Description

In this role, you will oversee the Order-To-Cash process, ensuring timely order processing and invoicing while driving improvements in cash collection. You will also prepare accurate Balance Sheet forecasts and act as a financial partner in key meetings.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in finance consulting or business controlling
• •Knowledge of financial and accounting processes in large corporations
• •Experience in setting up and steering meetings with involved parties
• •Flexibility in changing solution approaches to solve problems
• •Capabilities to challenge data sets and their implications
• •Analytical skills to question the status quo
• •Experience and confidence in communicating with senior management
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Leadership and analytical skills
• •Self-starter with problem-solving skills

Tasks

• •Monitor the Order-To-Cash process for ADC Germany webshop
• •Ensure timely processing and invoicing of all orders
• •Drive improvements in the cash collection process for better visibility, speed, and accuracy
• •Facilitate communication between technical reimbursement and cash collection processes
• •Oversee the reconciliation between the internal general ledger and external sub-ledger
• •Escalate challenges to Senior Management promptly
• •Book bad debt reserves and sales allowances while analyzing cash collection risks
• •Prepare quarterly and annual Balance Sheet forecasts with high accuracy
• •Report monthly on actual vs benchmark for Balance Sheet
• •Act as a financial business partner in meetings with Statutory Health Institutions
• •Troubleshoot financial issues in daily operations
• •Provide ad-hoc support for order-to-cash related projects
• •Review and approve rebate agreements and disbursements
• •Coordinate internal and external audits and SOX requests
