Requirements

Tasks
- Coordinate the DACH month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclasses
- Generate flash reports and actuals commentary
- Analyze complex data for price and volume variances
- Monitor financial performance for the German affiliate
- Support balance sheet analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation
- Manage project, freight, and distribution expenses
- Collaborate with IT to improve data quality
- Address internal and external audit queries
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Support the development of Plan and LBE cycles
- Execute headcount reporting and ad-hoc analyses
- Advocate for and provide training on financial policies
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
