Coordinating services and managing documentation at global provider of integrated Facility Management Services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Five weeks vacation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Up to 2 years job-related experience
- Ability to follow basic work routines
- Communication skills for straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for simple calculations
Tasks
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers
