Tasks
- Serve as the primary on-site facilities contact
- Manage all IFM subcontractors across the service scope
- Handle work requests via the Corrigo CMMS system
- Coordinate technical support for HVAC, cleaning, and maintenance
- Staff the reception desk and manage visitor processes
- Handle incoming calls and mail distribution
- Manage vendor relationships and process purchase orders
- Ensure procurement compliance within SAP and JDE systems
- Coordinate consumables ordering and office moves
- Manage parking and employee onboarding or offboarding
- Maintain HS&E compliance and complete required training
- Ensure contractors meet all safety requirements
- Support event coordination and meeting room setup
- Manage audiovisual equipment and asset inventory
- Process equipment handovers and maintain occupancy planning
- Provide security management support and physical security reporting
- Support capital projects from initiation through completion
