You will shape the leadership team by leading high-level executive searches, using your networking expertise and market intelligence to attract transformational talent for the company.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• •Track record in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting
• •International exposure and focus on leadership roles
• •Ideally experience at top global search firm
• •Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural dynamics
• •Knowledge of executive leadership competencies
• •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proficiency in talent mapping tools and applicant tracking systems
• •Proficiency in global networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• •Business fluent English and German
• •Additional languages as an asset
• •Hands-on executive recruiter with relationship-building skills
• •Ability to deliver on tight timelines
• •Confidentiality, discretion, and cultural sensitivity

Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end executive search processes
• •Recruit for C-suite and senior leadership roles
• •Develop a robust executive talent network
• •Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research
• •Perform competitor benchmarking
• •Engage candidates through targeted strategic outreach
• •Build long-term relationships with executive talent
• •Partner with leaders on succession planning
• •Define role requirements and candidate profiles
• •Screen and assess candidates for leadership capability
• •Evaluate cultural fit and technical expertise
• •Manage the complete candidate experience
• •Coordinate with external headhunting partners
• •Advise managers on compensation and market trends
• •Consult on executive onboarding best practices
