Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Create a memorable first impression for visitors
- Ensure events and hospitality spaces are presentable and show-ready
- Plan and execute all event and hospitality requests
- Follow processes for deliveries and catering
- Manage inbound and outbound mail and shipments
- Coordinate courier services and maintain mail/package distribution systems
- Adhere to local legislative and Audible H&S protocols
- Support catering with creative design
- Understand and address dietary allergens and intolerances
- Maintain vendor equipment in good condition
- Keep back-of-house operations organized and presentable
- Perform furniture moves and resets as required
- Handle last-minute and urgent requests efficiently
- Execute tasks as per event requirements
- Log and escalate maintenance issues
- Communicate proactively with the team and clients
- Train team members to care for Audible property
- Participate in the Audible ERT program
- Ensure high-level customer service from the team
- Collaborate closely with the Events and Workplace team
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain daily contact with customers and employees
- Interact regularly with external vendors
- Work closely with the Janitorial team
- Adhere to strict corporate security policies
- Build a strong relationship with the on-site security team
- Promote security rules and procedures
- Prioritize security and H&S during events
