- Ensure compliance with EU Directive 2009/38/EC and local laws
- Foster constructive relationships with employee representatives and works councils
- Act as primary liaison between leadership and EWC representatives
- Facilitate information and consultation on transnational projects
- Lead EWC Charter negotiations and practice harmonization
- Organize and facilitate plenary and extraordinary EWC meetings
- Oversee transparent and non-discriminatory EWC election processes
- Coordinate translation, training, and EWC operational costs
- Implement strategies for collective bargaining and dispute resolution
- Advise leadership on labor agreements and employee relations risks
- Partner with HR and Legal on cross-border coordination
- Govern negotiation strategies with unions and works councils
- Educate senior management on EWC processes and collaboration
- Monitor legislative changes and assess operational impacts
- Mitigate non-compliance risks through rigorous process management
