In this role, you will shape employee and labor relations strategies across the EMEA region, ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace while advising leadership on compliance and best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex investigations, engaging with unions, and driving improvements in workplace culture.

Requirements

• •10+ years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations
• •Deep knowledge of employment laws and labor practices across multiple EMEA countries
• •Proven success in union negotiations, works council engagement, and managing complex employee relations cases
• •Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• •Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive issues with professionalism
• •Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
