Requirements
- •10+ years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations
- •Deep knowledge of employment laws and labor practices across multiple EMEA countries
- •Proven success in union negotiations, works council engagement, and managing complex employee relations cases
- •Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- •Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive issues with professionalism
- •Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred

- •Ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- •Coach HR and management on employee relations best practices
- •Drive improvements in workplace culture and employee engagement
- •Lead crisis response and change management initiatives
- •Design training programs on employee relations and compliance
