- •Proven positive track record with business leaders
- •Ability to analyze complex data
- •Strong coaching, consulting, and influencing skills
- •Understanding of Labor and Industrial relations
- •MBA or related business degree
- •Successful track record of implementing HR programs
- •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- •Strong understanding of talent management and development
- •Collaborative and network-oriented
- •Flexible and adaptable
- •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)

- •Support workforce planning and compensation reviews
- •Implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
- •Facilitate succession planning aligned with strategic objectives
- •Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- •Guide organizational change initiatives and change management processes
- •Partner with Global Talent Development to enhance employee capabilities
- •Support talent acquisition efforts to identify and staff critical roles
- •Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues with leaders
- •Champion inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives
- •Use HR data analytics to detect trends and inform decision-making
- •Provide updates to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes
