Tasks

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate BU strategy into actionable people plans
  • Use data analytics to forecast talent needs and identify workforce priorities
  • Conduct workforce planning based on business unit strategy
  • Assess needs and draw connections across businesses and operations
  • Identify talent, structure, and skills requirements
  • Develop organizational design and restructuring plans
  • Lead talent management initiatives to build a diverse leadership pipeline
  • Leverage enterprise talent to identify development opportunities
  • Facilitate experience-based development plans for high potentials
  • Ensure meaningful exposure to business unit leadership
  • Manage talent review and succession planning
  • Provide expertise and guidance to leadership and HR teams
  • Lead talent acquisition for key functional positions
