- Knowledge of pressure sensitive adhesives
- Experience in tapes and labels value chain
- Residency in Germany
Tasks
- Grow market share profitably across Europe
- Execute the regional commercial strategy
- Manage commercial and technical service teams
- Drive new business opportunities and sales
- Deliver annual volume and margin results
- Maintain and expand existing customer accounts
- Implement and support regional pricing strategies
- Foster customer intimacy through value-selling
- Provide market expertise and thought leadership
- Communicate the voice of the customer internally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach goals
