Tasks

  • Lead regional eBusiness strategies for EDI, Webshops, and Hosted Catalogues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and stakeholder communication
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer for webshop development
  • Develop and execute tactical pricing projects
  • Define regional eBusiness metrics and financial objectives
  • Integrate eBusiness solutions into strategic account plans
  • Analyze purchasing behaviors to increase online spend
  • Co-author marketing and merchandising strategies
  • Deliver eBusiness training programs and sales tools
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for digital channels
  • Apply PPI methodologies to improve operational effectiveness
