Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc. degree in scientific or business discipline
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or eBusiness
- Experience influencing in matrixed environment with results
- Experience in industry, academia, clinical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology research, or laboratory sales (preferred)
- Experience managing complex, high-value accounts in matrix environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment
- Strong planning, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent data analysis and marketing capabilities
- Technical and working knowledge of customer procurement systems (B2B, B2C)

Tasks
- Drive eBusiness strategy for EDI, Webshop, and Hosted Catalogues.
- Align strategic initiatives with internal teams.
- Drive customer onboarding processes.
- Manage communication with customers, sales, and back office.
- Serve as regional Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Develop pricing strategies.
- Execute optimization initiatives.
- Achieve ePO and revenue growth targets.
- Deliver eBusiness training programs.
- Provide subject matter expertise for eBusiness channels.
- Develop in-depth understanding of customers.
- Analyze competition and EDI solution providers.
- Identify target customer groups.
- Define appropriate eBusiness solutions.
- Drive regional webshop adoption strategy.
- Support account management teams.
- Provide commercial input for webshop development.
- Own regional commercial strategy for Hosted Catalogues.
- Develop and coordinate tactical and dynamic pricing projects.
- Define regional eBusiness strategy.
- Own regional eBusiness strategy.
- Establish eBusiness metrics and financial objectives.
- Conduct technical evaluations for eBusiness strategy.
- Collaborate with RSMs, IDIRs, and Account Managers to integrate eBusiness into account plans.
- Analyze customer purchasing behaviors to increase online spend.
- Co-author marketing and merchandising strategies with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute Sales eBusiness training programs and tools.
- Apply PPI methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
