Requirements

• •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• •3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor industry
• •Strong knowledge of semiconductor process tools, cleanroom protocols, and equipment lifecycle
• •Proven success in downtime reduction, maintenance optimization, and spare part strategy
• •Familiarity with CE marking, safety standards, and ergonomic design
• •Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• •Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities

Tasks

• •Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• •Analyze performance data to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability
• •Optimize spare part management using smart inventory strategies
• •Ensure compliance with CE certification and technical specifications
• •Collaborate on tool installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities
• •Promote safety and ergonomic improvements in equipment design and operation
• •Support project management tasks including planning, execution, and reporting
• •Maintain detailed documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
