Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • •3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
  • •Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques
  • •Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement
  • •Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • •Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools
  • •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • •Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies
  • •Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput
  • •Reduce waste and enhance productivity

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing
  • •Assist in capacity planning
  • •Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning
