Description

As an Industrial Engineer in the semiconductor industry, you will focus on optimizing production processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing LEAN methods. This role involves conducting time studies, collaborating with teams, and utilizing ERP systems to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• •3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering
• •Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
• •Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques
• •Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement
• •Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• •Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Tasks

• •Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies
• •Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput
• •Reduce waste and enhance productivity
• •Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces
• •Implement and sustain LEAN production methods
• •Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems
