- Drive sourcing and evaluation of new equipment
- Implement new equipment to meet ramp-up requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive equipment databases
- Ensure adherence to cleanroom standards and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align equipment strategies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability
