Requirements

  • Extensive working experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills in English and German
  • End-to-end experience in the sales process
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales in relevant industries
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue
  • Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivation and ability to be motivated by targets and goals

  • Drive growth in the DACH region
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Research and identify potential new leads
  • Leverage your network to open accounts
  • Stay updated on developments in the carbon management industry
  • Build trust with leads and customers
  • Transform conversations into lasting relationships
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client challenges
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
  • Navigate the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
  • Develop strategies to contact and acquire prospective clients
  • Utilize various mediums for outreach, including LinkedIn and email
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue department
  • Maintain transparency in your sales pipeline
  • Update administrative tasks in the CRM system
  • Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
