- Identify business needs and solution-based outcomes
- Navigate organizations to find internal champions
- Position unique selling points against competitors
- Guide customers through procurement and legal processes
- Generate net new revenue and account expansions
- Master the product's value and pain points
- Network through hierarchies to reach decision-makers
- Collaborate with partners to enhance sales capabilities
- Manage sales operations within the HubSpot CRM
- Report on personal forecasts and performance KPIs
- Share successful strategies with the sales team
- Improve deal volume and lead conversion metrics
