- 3+ years Customer Success, Pre-Sales, TAM, or Consulting experience
- Experience in industrial or technology-driven environment
- Experience serving Oil & Gas, Petrochem, or discrete manufacturing customers
- Industry experience in industrial digitalization, manufacturing, or 3D scanning technologies
- Consultative approach and trusted advisor ability
- Ability to drive strategic discussions with enterprise customers
- Technical affinity with complex hardware and software systems
- Ability to deliver hands-on, on-site training
- Ability to engage with technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ownership over customer success strategies
Tasks
- Advise customers and internal teams on industry-specific strategies
- Shape account planning and engagement approaches
- Drive long-term growth within industry segments
- Position NavVis as a trusted partner
- Guide enterprise customers on best practices
- Consult on industry-specific use cases
- Maximize customer success with NavVis solutions
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide high-value consultation on digital factory adoption
- Enable customers to use hardware and software fully
- Conduct on-site training and webinars
- Lead workflow optimization sessions
- Ensure seamless solution availability with cross-functional teams
- Identify potential bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Bring customer product feedback to inform development
- Lead industry-specific marketing initiatives
- Create customer stories, blogs, and webinars
- Facilitate and grow the NavVis Connect community
