Requirements

  • 3+ years Customer Success, Pre-Sales, TAM, or Consulting experience
  • Experience in industrial or technology-driven environment
  • Experience serving Oil & Gas, Petrochem, or discrete manufacturing customers
  • Industry experience in industrial digitalization, manufacturing, or 3D scanning technologies
  • Consultative approach and trusted advisor ability
  • Ability to drive strategic discussions with enterprise customers
  • Technical affinity with complex hardware and software systems
  • Ability to deliver hands-on, on-site training
  • Ability to engage with technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Proactive, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ownership over customer success strategies

  • Guide enterprise customers on best practices
  • Consult on industry-specific use cases
  • Maximize customer success with NavVis solutions
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide high-value consultation on digital factory adoption
  • Enable customers to use hardware and software fully
  • Conduct on-site training and webinars
  • Lead workflow optimization sessions
  • Ensure seamless solution availability with cross-functional teams
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and improvement areas
  • Bring customer product feedback to inform development
  • Lead industry-specific marketing initiatives
  • Create customer stories, blogs, and webinars
  • Facilitate and grow the NavVis Connect community
