Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional experience in Customer Success or geosystems, surveying, laser scanning
  • Professional German (B2 or higher)
  • Fluent English
  • Consultative mindset focused on customer experience

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Tasks

  • Set clients up for success

  • Support clients during initial projects
  • Answer client questions
  • Identify and address friction points early
  • Help clients get up and running confidently
  • Act as a hands-on advisor
  • Guide client workflows
  • Share best practices with clients
  • Help clients achieve better results with NavVis products
  • Ensure contract renewals
  • Proactively check in with clients
  • Flag renewal risks early
  • Collaborate with Sales on client conversations
  • Identify opportunities for clients to do more
  • Surface growth opportunities
  • Work with the team to drive client growth
