- 3-5 years professional experience in Customer Success or geosystems, surveying, laser scanning
- Professional German (B2 or higher)
- Fluent English

Tasks
- Set clients up for success
- Conduct welcome calls for new engagements
- Support clients during initial projects
- Answer client questions
- Identify and address friction points early
- Help clients get up and running confidently
- Act as a hands-on advisor
- Guide client workflows
- Share best practices with clients
- Help clients achieve better results with NavVis products
- Ensure contract renewals
- Proactively check in with clients
- Flag renewal risks early
- Collaborate with Sales on client conversations
- Identify opportunities for clients to do more
- Surface growth opportunities
- Work with the team to drive client growth
