Requirements

  • In-depth Enterprise/Strategic Account Management experience
  • Selling complex SaaS or HW/SW solutions into major automotive OEMs
  • Solid grasp of factory digitalization
  • Solid grasp of Industry 4.0 concepts
  • Solid grasp of digital twin concepts
  • Experience with CAD, BIM, or PLM is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to close new logos
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts
  • Structured, multi-year account planning
  • Commercial rigor to own, articulate, and communicate plan
  • Sharp commercial instincts
  • Ability to think long-term
  • Develop compelling business cases
  • Negotiate complex, high-value contracts
  • Native-level German
  • Professional English
  • French is a real advantage
  • Based in Munich
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA

Tasks

  • Hunt new automotive OEM logos across EMEA
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategy for automotive sector
  • Identify market opportunities in EMEA
  • Refine NavVis' positioning and commercial direction
  • Advocate for clients' priorities internally
  • Feed insights into product and support teams
  • Shape NavVis' roadmap
  • Build consensus from plant floor to C-suite
  • Turn multi-stakeholder organizations into long-term partners
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams
  • Deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure flawless execution
