Enterprise Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Managing CyberArk product implementations and security concerns for large enterprise customers. 3+ years Customer Success with CyberArk or enterprise applications experience required. Diverse and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Experience with CyberArk or enterprise applications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Relationship building and customer churn mitigation
- Knowledge of enterprise Directory services
- Windows/Active Directory administration and UNIX/Linux knowledge
- Scripting, development, or DevOps skills
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Installing and supporting enterprise software
- Understanding of security concepts and roles
- Experience with CyberArk or IAM/SIEM solutions
- Fluency in English and Native German
Tasks
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Ensure successful completion of product implementations
- Address security concerns using product features and functions
- Define and review customer success criteria
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to track outcomes
- Monitor support tickets to ensure SLA compliance
- Track product adoption to maximize retention rates
- Execute success plans for at-risk customers
- Collaborate with sales on renewals and upsell opportunities
- Partner with technical and professional services teams
- Manage complex relationships across multiple products and regions
- Utilize outcome-based reporting to demonstrate ROI
