Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) for Finance Solutions(m/w/x)
Guiding executive clients at a global business application software leader through finance solution adoption and expansion. Experience driving renewals/expansions of software solutions required; S/4HANA or Office of the CFO background desired. Flexible working models.
Requirements
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license solutions
- Experience as Account Manager, Consultant, Presales in software industry or Inhouse
- Desired S/4HANA and/or Office of the CFO background
- Ideally SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BTP or BDC knowledge
- Strong executive presence and relationship building skills
- 3+ years experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models
- Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio and business processes
- Experience in business software
- Ideally knowledge of SAAS and IAAS processes
- Fluent English and German
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Accelerate value delivery through solution adoption.
- Build deep executive relationships.
- Identify new SAP solution opportunities.
- Mitigate customer churn.
- Drive renewals of license-based solutions.
- Drive expansion of license-based solutions.
