Selling embedded semiconductor solutions to C-suite at automotive and industrial clients. Building and developing an enterprise sales team required. Remote work option, employee resource groups.
Requirements
- Customer relationship building with empathy, active listening, resiliency
- Sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, making recommendations
- Successful negotiation skills pre and post contract
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional presentations
- Contract execution management: intake, renegotiation, schedules
- 6+ years business development or account management experience
- 6+ years supporting technical product/service with customers
- Customer relationship building with empathy, active listening, resiliency
- Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology
- Synthesize requirements, suggest solutions, products, or features
- Sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, making recommendations
- Successful negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional presentations
- Technology industry experience or SaaS sales experience preferred
- Availability and willingness to travel as needed
Tasks
- Sell the platform to C-Suite and director-level personas
- Build and develop a successful Enterprise Sales team
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Enterprise customers
- Manage onboarding and ongoing account relationships
- Focus on long-term customer retention and revenue growth
- Identify and communicate readiness levels and requirements
- Manage schedules and risks to meet revenue forecasts
- Serve as the internal expert in specific verticals
- Update the pipeline of opportunities in SalesForce
